We want you to be satisfied with your NeoBlade order.

You may request a return within 14 days of delivery if the item is unused, in original condition, and returned with its original packaging.

Please include:
- Your order number
- The reason for return
- Clear photos if the item arrived damaged or defective

Items must not show signs of use, damage, modification, or wear.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval status of your refund.
